Our services

VelorienVibe provides custom-designed, responsive business websites for gyms, restaurants, fashion businesses, and other businesses. The exact deliverables depend on the package and project scope confirmed with you.

• E-commerce, online stores, advanced integrations, paid subscriptions, copywriting, and other work not expressly listed in the agreed scope are not included by default.
• We will discuss and quote additional work before beginning it.

Packages and pricing

The current starting package prices displayed on the website are:

• Basic Website: ₹5,999 per project.
• Premium Website: ₹9,999 per project.
• Domain registration, renewals, paid hosting where applicable, premium assets, and approved third-party costs are separate unless expressly stated in writing.
• The final scope, price, and timeline will be confirmed before payment.

Payment terms

Our standard payment schedule is 50% advance and 50% after you have reviewed and approved the website preview, before final launch or handover.

• Development begins after the project requirements are confirmed and the advance payment is verified.
• Payments may be made through the payment method confirmed by VelorienVibe. If paying by UPI, please confirm the amount with us and share the payment reference or screenshot. A payment is not treated as received until verified.
• Do not send payment details or money to an account that has not been confirmed through our official contact channel.

Project scope, content, and revisions

We will build the website according to the agreed scope. You are responsible for supplying accurate business information, text, logos, images, and other materials that you want included, unless content creation is separately agreed.

• Reasonable corrections within the agreed scope can be discussed during the preview stage.
• New pages, substantial redesigns, new features, or changes to previously approved work may cost extra. We will confirm any additional charges before proceeding.
• You must have permission to use any images, logos, text, or other materials you provide.

Timeline and client cooperation

Delivery timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and assume timely receipt of content, feedback, approvals, and payments. Missing materials, delayed responses, scope changes, or third-party issues may affect the timeline.

Domain, hosting, launch, and handover

Domain charges are separate from package prices. Domain names are subject to availability and the registrar's terms. Once a domain is registered, renewal fees are generally the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

• We can assist with domain setup, publishing, and handover as agreed for the project.
• Third-party hosting platforms, registrars, and external services have their own terms and availability. We cannot guarantee services we do not control.
• Final launch or handover takes place after the agreed payment is complete.

Maintenance and support

Ongoing maintenance, hosting management, content updates, security monitoring, and future changes are not automatically included unless expressly agreed in writing. Additional requests can be quoted separately.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of the information provided to customers. No term is intended to remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to provide a professional and functional website based on the agreed requirements. Online services, browsers, devices, and third-party platforms may change, and uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed where factors are outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or operating practices change. The version applicable to a project will be clarified when the project is confirmed. Material changes will not silently alter a project agreement already confirmed with you.
